Real Estate Negotiation School
Real Estate Negotiation School effectively teaches strategies and techniques to resolve real estate financial and credit disputes and dilemmas.
RENS offers web based and live programs to the mortgage and servicing industry, government entities, consumers, real estate and other professionals including lenders, investors, attorneys and mediators.
We train and certify industry professionals to learn how to effectively communicate and implement negotiation strategies to resolve disputes in the real estate, financial and credit industries, such as:
- Deciding when to seek a loan modification and which program to choose
- How to effectively negotiate with a second mortgage holder
- How to seek loan forgiveness or forbearance with your mortgage servicer
- How to initiate and conclude an “exit strategy” for a homeowner to leave his or her property in foreclosure
- How to effectively explain government mortgage programs to instill confidence in the decision making process
